New Years Update

The Bassman is currently busy in Bahrain in the Middle East!

Dean is playing six nights a week with the band SUPERKATZ (formerly
N-JOY) in the venue: DIGGERS BAR AND NIGHT CLUB!

The stage and PA are magnificent, with Dean using his very own TRACE ELLIOT head and cab! Naturally his weapon of choice for the gig is the FENDER V!

The band are playing 4 sets per night to an avid crowd, and are expanding the repertoire of dance, rock and pop! A promo video has been shot and several photos taken! These are the first to feature Tracee Houghton on the keyboards.

We will keep you updated on the Middle East gigs!

Before heading of to Bahrain, Dean put down all of the bass lines for two bands: SQUARE ONE and XSISTANCE (formerly Terra 3).

Square One will continue writing and will add drums and keyboards to the recording. So far, there are 8 tracks to be included on the new c.d.

A big thank you to Dave Hargreaves and the Atlantis boys for making that event such an experience! We did it!

Hope you all like the new look BASSMENT. More updates soon!

Website News

As promised in our last update, Dean's lyrics for "Look My Way" have now been added to the site.

Keep watching for more updates, including new photo galleries and even more photos.

 Terra3 / Xistance

Xistance are currently hard at work laying down vocal and guitar tracks at Studio X. The c.d. (tentatively titled: Midlothian) will feature some killer work from Chris T, Dave H, WaDE and Dean.

Expect a new official website soon, but for now you can check out the band's profile at iuma.com, or sample some music at mp3.com.au.

Titanium

Titanium has debuted at #15 in the metal charts at mp3.com.au, only a week after launching their new webpage.

Titanium expects to release the new "Archives" CD within the next few months, which will be a compilation of new, old and previously unreleased material, including a multimedia section.

The new materal will be Dean's monumental epic "The Eyes In Darkness", which was actually recorded live in rehearsal way back in 1999, along with "The Haunting" with Christine Cestnik appearing as guest vocalist on both tracks

The CD will be available through the new online store at the Ultimate Metal website.

Don't forget the Titanium yahoo group for more news about the band.
