March Update

SuperkatZ are delivering some blistering performances while in Bahrain. Currently playing seven nights a week, Dean and the crew are playing some killer gigs to a packed house!

In addition, the band have been playing at some special events and with some special guests.

Bass on Base:
The Bassman recently played with the SuperkatZ at the "U.S. Marines Military Base." The band treated the troops to a two set performance on a huge stage with a thumping bass sound! It was a great experience and a unique opportunity.

A big thank you to all the U.S.Marines for their support and for rocking out while defending the country! Some photos (which we were not allowed to take!) will be coming soon!

Superstar D.J.'S:
Digger's bar and the SuperkatZ have recently played host to some mega D.J.'s, cranking out some pumping sets in Bahrain. D.J.'s "Griff" and "Graeme Gold" had a full house on their feet all night long with the "subs" literally bringing the roof down!

Special guest "Ali G" also featured at Digger's Bar! The man joined SuperkatZ on stage for a few tunes, including Run DMC's "It's Like That (And That's The Way It Is), and Billy Idol's "Rebel Yell"! It was a very memorable evening with a lot of pretty babes shaking their babylons!

Jammin' Trio:
The SuperkatZ rhythm section (Dean and Mark) were joined by Vlad the guitarist from the Belarus "Fire" band -"Splash".

The trio ran through a few blues jams before going into a couple of Vlad's original tunes, which ended up being a lot heavier than anticipated!

An interesting take on Dream Theater's "Another Day" rounded out a good mornings work! Vlad was ripping up his Fender Strat like a man possessed! Thanks to Mark's Sony MiniDisc man, the entire proceedings were recorded for posterity!
