CHAOS REIGNS SUPREME:

Since returning to Australia, Dean has been storming through Melbourne with the metal band, Chaos Theory.

15/04/05 @ “The Venue”, Noble Park
w/ Embodied, Dark Earth, Befallen, Rhythm Pigs.

‘Chaos Theory’ opened the ‘Embodied’ CD Launch with a stunning set including an intro of ‘Dream Theater’s’, “Space Dye Vest” by Leanne and Dean.
The set included some great tracks such as, “Whispers of Doom” and, “Paradise Lost”.

16/04/05 @ “DV8”, CBD
w/ Uncaged, The Five Venoms.

Headlining this “Megadeth After Party”, ‘Chaos Theory’ ripped through a set including the favourites, “Order of the Dragon”, “All Seeing Eye”, and, “The Beast of Govaudon”.

07/05/05 @ “The Espy”, St Kilda
w/ Argument Soul, Enter Twilight, Praetorian, The Dead Things, Anarion, Catwitch, Long Since Dark.

‘Chaos Theory’ had the honour of opening for Japanese melodic metal masters, ‘Argument Soul’, at the “Metal Warriors Metal Fest: 2005”.
The set included the epic, galloping sounds of ‘Horsemen on the Horizon’ and, ‘Shadow Hymn’.
Special thanks to Steve from, ‘Long Since Dark’ for the use of the killer Sunn and Fender amp.

13/05/05 @ “The Star Bar”, Sth Melb.

Leanne and Dean opened this “Friday the 13th” gig with an original composition before seguing into, “The Beginning of the End”.
The set also included, “Mirror of Ghosts” and, “A War in Heaven”, both of which can be found on the demo CD, “Aurora Twilight”.

28/05/05 @ “Reservoir Civic Centre”, Reservoir
w/ Embodied, Slaughter Thou, In Malice’s Wake, Bowel Mouth, Here I Die.

This all ages “Metal for the Masses” gig played host to ‘Chaos Theory’ as they tore through yet another tight set of epic metal. Sharing the stage yet again with ‘Embodied’ and, ‘In Malice’s Wake’.

Thanks to all of the bands we have played with and to those attending the gigs, especially: Dave H, Dean B, Shan, Mad Mick, Wade and Chris.

New ‘Chaos Theory’ photos are now up in the “Bassment” gallery section.

Upcoming gigs: ‘Chaos Theory’ will be playing their final gig for 2005 before heading into the studio to record a full-length album.

LUTHOR IN STUDIO:

Pre-production for the metal band, ‘Luthor’ has begun! Dean has layed down the bass to nine new tracks from the forthcoming album “Reborn”.
This is the second ‘Luthor’ album and it promises to be dark, sinister and aggressive.
